The role of a Learning and Development (L&D) Coordinator is pivotal in driving business success by ensuring the effective management of participant records, providing structured reporting, and contributing to compliant learning programs.
This position plays a critical role in empowering teams with the necessary tools to enhance productivity, profitability, and workplace safety.
The L&D Coordinator will be responsible for administering and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS), including user management, course uploads, enrollment, and system configuration. They will also create live sessions, upload SCORM files, and ensure data integrity and accuracy within the LMS via reporting and dashboard management.
Furthermore, the L&D Coordinator will generate standard and custom reports from the LMS to track training completion, progress, and effectiveness. This role requires strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage participant records and provide structured reporting.
- Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Create live sessions and upload SCORM files.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the LMS.
- 3 years of experience in a learning and development or HR administrative role.
- Experience with LMS administration and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite or Google Suite.
