Job Overview

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning Management Specialist to join our team. As the primary point of contact for learning programs, you will be responsible for efficiently managing participant records, providing structured reporting, and contributing to compliant learning initiatives.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in administering Learning Management Systems (LMS) and providing timely data to support business objectives. This includes accurately administering user management, course uploads, enrollment, and system configuration. Additionally, you will create live sessions, upload SCORM files, and ensure data integrity within the LMS via reporting and dashboard management.

Responsibilities
  • Run and refine reports to track training completion, progress, and effectiveness.
  • Administer and maintain the LMS, including user management, course uploads, enrollment, and system configuration.
  • Create live sessions and upload SCORM files to facilitate employee learning.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the LMS via reporting and dashboard management.
  • Support the development of compliant learning programs by generating standard and custom reports from the LMS.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a learning and development or HR administrative role.
  • Proven experience with Learning Management System administration and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Detailed and process-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
