  7. Design and implement educational workshops for parents and the community, encouraging a lifelong pursuit of knowledge.
  8. Promote performance growth among staff by defining measures to recognize individual strengths and areas for development.
  9. Foster harmonious relationships among staff, supporting team building and planning initiatives.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in any subject with a relevant education certification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal operational procedures.
