Key Professional Development Opportunities

Translation Empire is seeking a committed and proactive CPD Officer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of professional development initiatives across the organization. This role is essential in ensuring that employees continue to meet professional standards and receive the necessary training for career growth.

The CPD Officer will play a hands-on role in maintaining training records, assisting with development plans, and collaborating with stakeholders to promote continuous learning across departments.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation and administration of professional development programs in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of training participation and certifications.
  • Assist in preparing development materials, event coordination, and communication with employees.
  • Help monitor individual development plans and ensure compliance with professional standards.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from training sessions to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external training activities, including seminars and workshops.
  • Keep abreast of industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to professional development.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in training, professional development, or a similar HR function.
  • Basic knowledge of CPD frameworks and continuous learning principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with LMS tools.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Certifications:
  • Relevant CPD, HR, or L&D certifications will be an advantage.
