Business Development Specialist

Our company provides solutions for various needs, including CCTV Cameras, Intruder Alarm Systems, Fire Alarms, Home Automation, and Electrical Services. We also offer Home Renovations.

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for new business development through phone calls to Decision Makers. Your role includes explaining the benefits of upgrading from their current system to our feature-rich solution, handling objections, and scheduling appointments with our field-based specialists.

  • From provided data lists, make calls to potential customers.
  • Build relationships and qualify leads by gathering information about their needs, interests, and suitability for our products or services.
  • Schedule appointments between sales teams and Decision Makers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead transitions and provide necessary information for follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships, answer queries, and provide additional information as needed.
Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience in Lead Generation: Proven track record in lead generation, preferably within the telecoms industry or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in the UK Lead Generator Market.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to engage with potential leads, present information persuasively, and establish credibility.
  • Self-motivated and Target-driven: Highly motivated, with a proactive mind-set and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to thrive in a small company environment with evolving priorities and limited resources.
  • Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational skills to manage and prioritise leads, track activities, and maintain accurate records in a CRM system.
