We are seeking a highly experienced Deputy Manager Procurement to lead our procurement department and drive strategic initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead procurement processes, including tendering, contracting, and supplier management.
  • Identify and analyze market trends to optimize procurement practices.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience working in an ERP-based environment is required, with SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Professional certification in procurement, such as CIPS or ISM, is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
