Results-Driven Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

A results-driven and ambitious Digital Marketing Specialist is required to manage and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, drive lead generation, and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing social media campaigns, leveraging CRM systems, and creating engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and optimize social media marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring maximum ROI and brand awareness.
  2. Lead Management & Nurturing: Handle incoming leads from digital campaigns, fostering timely follow-ups and nurturing leads to conversion through email, CRM, and social media channels.
  3. Content Creation & Curation: Create high-quality, engaging content for social media, advertisements, and blogs, driving customer engagement and brand visibility.
  4. Performance Tracking & Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to improve performance based on metrics such as engagement rates and lead conversion.
  5. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the sales team and senior marketers to ensure seamless campaign execution, aligning strategies with business goals and contributing to lead generation efforts.
  6. Market Research & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and competitor activity to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in managing and running social media campaigns.
  2. Expertise in using platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube to create and manage ads.
  3. Strong experience with lead management, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
  4. Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance, generate reports, and recommend actionable strategies based on data.
  5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to create engaging content.
  6. Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience in B2B marketing and digital lead generation.
  2. Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and email marketing campaigns.
  3. Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
