Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic legal counsel to senior management, the Board, and business units.
  • Oversee compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
  • Manage legal risk, advising on risk mitigation strategies across contracts, transactions, and business decisions.
  • Lead litigation management, collaborating with external counsels as necessary.
  • Provide support with various local and international employment law issues.
  • Work with the senior management team to provide proactive assistance to avoid any employment or labor court issues across all territories.
  • Organize and manage board meetings, including the preparation of agendas, board packs, resolutions, and minutes.
  • Ensure statutory compliance, timely filings, and regulatory submissions with relevant bodies.
  • Maintain and update corporate records and statutory registers, ensuring confidentiality and integrity.
  • Facilitate communication and governance best practices between management, board members, and stakeholders.
