The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal guidance and support to our company on various legal matters related to corporate and employment law.

Responsibilities:
  • Draft and review contracts such as employment contracts, vendor agreements, and licensing agreements.
  • Provide legal guidance on regulatory compliance and ensure that our company complies with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage litigation and disputes, and represent our company in court when necessary.
  • Manage intellectual property matters such as trademarks, patents, and copyrights.
  • Manage documents, review contracts, and help make other strategic decisions.
  • Advise on employment and labor law matters, including employment contracts, workplace policies, termination procedures, and human rights issues.
  • Provide legal advice to senior management on a range of legal issues that may affect our company.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate legally-binding agreements on behalf of the corporation.
  • Advise corporate directors and officers on their rights and responsibilities, and other policies used to manage the company.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in law from a reputable institution.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate setting, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, intellectual property law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Extensive experience in employment and labor law, including employment contracts, workplace policies, termination procedures, and human rights issues.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
