Job Description

Job Purpose

The Assistant Director will be responsible for ensuring that the company's governance and compliance framework is implemented effectively. This includes organizing and managing the board of directors and general meetings, ensuring timely issuance of notices, agendas, and minutes of the meetings.

Key Accountabilities

  • Implement and maintain effective governance and compliance frameworks
  • Organize and manage the board of directors and general meetings
  • Ensure timely issuance of notices, agendas, and minutes of the meetings
  • Facilitate communication between the board of directors and management
  • Ensure compliance with the CCG Rules, State Owned Enterprises, Companies Act 2017, and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience including 2 years of corporate affairs
  • Excellent knowledge of dealing with corporate affairs
  • Hands-on experience in writing regular expressions
