About the Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in Multan by identifying and targeting new sales leads, building strong professional relationships with clients, and developing and executing a business development plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a sales strategy that focuses on revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, builders, developers, and corporate clients
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive positioning
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, pricing, and marketing teams to develop competitive pricing strategies and respond promptly to client inquiries

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or corporate sales, preferably in furniture, interiors, or related industries
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth in the region
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office
