We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Outlet Assistant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail outlet. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Outlet Manager in driving sales growth, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with the Outlet Manager to supervise and motivate a team of retail associates, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure exceptional customer service and achievement of sales goals.
  • Customer Service: Maintain a customer-centric focus by ensuring that all customers receive a welcoming and personalized shopping experience, addressing inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally.
  • Sales Performance: Work closely with the Outlet Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, analyzing trends and identifying areas for improvement, and providing coaching and support to the sales team to drive sales growth.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability, conducting regular stock checks, performing inventory reconciliations, and coordinating with the Warehouse team for replenishment.
  • Visual Merchandising: Work closely with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure effective product presentation and display, monitoring and maintaining visual standards on the shop floor, including product placement, signage, and cleanliness.
  • Operational Efficiency: Assist in implementing and maintaining efficient store operations, including cash handling, opening and closing procedures, and loss prevention measures, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with additional education in retail management or a related field being an asset.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
  • Retail Knowledge: Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales techniques, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and customers.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service, ability to resolve customer issues and create a positive shopping experience.
