Community Building Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive community strategy across various platforms to foster engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement engaging content formats such as tweet threads, memes, LinkedIn posts, and newsletters to effectively communicate product updates and brand messages.
  • Script and co-execute creative content formats with video/design teams to drive user participation and loyalty.
  • Leverage partnerships with influencers, thought leaders, and power users to amplify brand reach and credibility.
  • Build and grow a network of brand advocates and co-marketers to support marketing efforts and provide valuable insights.
  • Pitch to publications and community curators to secure high-quality backlinks, placements, and mentions to increase brand visibility.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in community management, PR/partnerships, influencer engagement, or B2B growth marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with AMA hosting, webinars, podcast coordination, and live community events is highly desirable.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills are essential, with fluency in online culture, short-form storytelling, and professional networking.
  • Deep familiarity with social media platforms, including Reddit, X, LinkedIn groups, Slack, and niche SaaS communities.
  • Self-driven and confident in outreach, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
