About Us
At our organization, we're seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to play a key role in shaping the future of our product. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for finding the right balance between business goals, user experience, and customer needs while driving our brand's purpose forward.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Conducting user research to create market-leading user experiences and defining target audience personas.
  • Using customer and user feedback, along with competitive analysis, to identify opportunities for new feature development and product enhancements.
  • Generating ideas to address gaps in the product and working with the team to improve overall product capabilities.
  • Communicating ideas, strategies, and trade-offs clearly to top management and development teams.
  • Crafting wireframes and interaction designs for product features using design tools.
  • Leading ideation of new product features and writing detailed specifications for the development and QA teams.
  • Working directly with customers to gather requirements, understand their needs, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborating on product marketing and branding initiatives to ensure consistency in messaging and visual appeal.

Requirements:
  • Educational qualifications: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or MBA-IT from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on SaaS product ideation, design, and implementation.
  • Ability to take initiative and drive projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decisions based on data and insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
