Job Title: Financial Director
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and growth.

About the Job:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing effective financial strategies to support business objectives. You will be responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to provide valuable insights to senior management.

You will also ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and reporting requirements across various jurisdictions. Additionally, you will oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements, reports, and analyses for stakeholders.

Your expertise will include monitoring and administering all financial activities, including credit control, as well as preparing and controlling monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for senior management.

You will manage treasury functions such as cash flow, working capital, and risk management to ensure financial stability. Furthermore, you will lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Your skills will also include implementing financial systems, tools, and processes to improve operations and scalability. You will monitor KPIs and financial metrics to assess performance and identify trends.

Lastly, you will drive financial performance through commercial initiatives, revenue growth, and cost management, providing financial insights for decision-making, pricing, contracts, and market expansion.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience as a Finance Manager, with expertise in accounting and reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial and accounting software like JD Edwards, MS Office (especially Excel), and B&I.
  • Analytical reporting skills and knowledge of Pakistan's statutory laws.
