About the Role:

We are seeking a diligent professional to support our Finance and Accounts team in financial information preparation, documentation collection, reconciliation, tax return submission, and coordination with tax consultants.

  • Prepare financial information for tax audits in required formats.
  • Collect and maintain financial documentation to support financial substance.
  • Ensure alignment of financial records with tax liability settlements through reconciliation.
  • Submit VAT and WHT tax returns on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Collaborate with the Finance and Procurement teams on tax-related transactions.
  • Maintain the tax calendar and ensure compliance with deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
  • Preference for candidates enrolled in CA, ACMA, ACCA, or similar certification programs.
  • Understanding of direct and indirect taxation concepts.
  • Awareness of local tax laws and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with income tax, GST/VAT, withholding tax, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with IRIS portals.
  • Ability to use ERP systems (optional but preferred).
