Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented tax professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and practical experience in income tax, sales tax, FBR compliance, PRA filings, and SECP regulatory requirements.

The role involves managing tax compliance assignments, preparing statutory filings, assisting in client advisory, and ensuring all deadlines are met with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (individuals, AOPs, companies)
  • Drafting and filing Wealth Statements and reconciliations
  • Managing tax notices, audits, and responding to FBR queries
  • Preparing withholding tax statements (monthly/annual) and ensuring compliance with Income Tax Ordinance, 2001
  • Preparing and e-filing monthly Sales Tax Returns for FBR and PRA
  • Handling input/output tax reconciliations and adjustments
  • Managing sales tax registration and de-registration processes
  • Advising clients on sales tax implications and procedural compliance
  • Filing annual and periodic returns through SECP e-services
  • Preparing statutory forms (company incorporation, change in directors, share capital changes)
  • Maintaining compliance with Companies Act, 2017 and related regulations
Required Skills & Competencies

The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of income tax law, sales tax law, and relevant regulations.

  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in filings
  • Good command over MS Excel, Word, and accounting/tax software
