We are seeking an experienced Email/Chat Support Specialist to join our team. As a champion of customer experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through live chat or email. Your role will be critical in maintaining our reputation by serving as the frontline of customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries via chat and email.
- Provide clear and concise documentation of each customer's question or problem along with the resulting answer or solution.
- Develop and implement effective customer service solutions.
- Maintain high service levels and consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Proven intermediate or above level in communication and computer skills.
- Must be at least 18 years old and no older than 40 years old.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a simple and clear manner.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A strong customer-centric attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building customer loyalty.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible and positive attitude.
