AI Video Analytics Software Developer

Optivuze is building the next-generation AI video analytics platform, combining proactive surveillance, real-time insights, and safety-first intelligence, all powered by computer vision.

Key responsibilities include optimizing code for performance on resource-constrained devices, working with object detection and tracking libraries, and developing systems that process live camera feeds in real-time or near-real-time.

The ideal candidate will have experience with memory management, real-time systems, and a passion for building scalable, high-performance software.

Key requirements include:

  • Strong proficiency in Python, with a solid understanding of OpenCV, NumPy, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow/ultralytics).
  • Good understanding of object detection and tracking algorithms.
  • Experience with RTSP streams, video decoding, and real-time frame processing.
  • Ability to work with hardware accelerators and AI optimization toolkits (e.g., TensorRT, OpenVINO, Coral Edge TPU Compiler).
  • Problem-solving mindset with an ability to work in resource-constrained environments.
