We seek a visionary leader to oversee our marketing and creative initiatives.

This role requires a dynamic individual who can drive brand strategy, develop impactful campaigns, and oversee all creative aspects of content creation.

Responsibilities:
  1. Developing the Creative Vision: Create and implement a creative vision for the brand, aligning all creative output with objectives.
  2. Leading the Creative Team: Manage the team, including art directors, designers, and copywriters, to deliver high-quality work.
  3. Creative Guidance: Provide guidance and mentorship in graphic design, video production, and content creation.
  4. Digital Marketing Expertise: Leverage expertise in digital marketing, branding, and campaign strategy to ensure creative output aligns with business goals.
  5. Leadership and Collaboration: Possess excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills to lead and collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  1. Educational Background: Hold a degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field, with a strong portfolio of work across multiple mediums; an advanced degree is beneficial.
  2. Professional Experience: Proven experience in a creative leadership role, with a strong background in marketing, branding, and content strategy.
  3. Strategic Thinking: Demonstrate excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  1. Design Software: In-depth knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools.
  2. Creative Vision: Ability to craft and execute a creative vision across projects, ensuring consistency in brand identity.
  3. Marketing Campaigns: Experience in developing and executing campaigns, including content strategy, UI/UX design, and video content.
  4. SEO and Data-Driven Decision Making: Familiarity with SEO and data-driven decision-making to enhance strategies.
  5. Team Inspiration: Ability to inspire creativity within the team, while maintaining deadlines and achieving objectives.
