Job Title: Chief Administrative Officer

Muslim Youth University is a federally chartered institution recognized by HEC, and we uphold high standards in higher education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee administrative operations to align with university goals.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage resources, budgeting, and resource allocation within the domain of administration including transport, horticulture, officers mess, tea bars, cafeterias, canteen, protocol office, telephone exchange, hostels, accommodation, printing press, buildings, roads, HVAC, water, electricity, sui-gas, maintenance support workshop, maintenance store, main office, central registry section, hiring of accommodation, payment of rent, TA/DA claim of officers and staff.
