Research Account Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to join our team. This role involves developing client relationships and handling projects from proposal preparation to final tabulations, in consultation with senior members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell research services, enhance client relationships, and achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare methodologies, questionnaires, proposals in compliance with client needs.
- Develop project budgets in conjunction with the field manager and instruct the finance department on invoicing procedures.
- Assist in smooth debt collection from clients and communicate contract/job changes to the Finance department for timely invoicing purposes.
- Create fieldwork instructions and sample structures for each project in collaboration with the field manager.
- Maintain day-to-day client relationships and ensure all projects are completed on time, meeting required standards and maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Prepare coding and punching instructions, as well as tabulation specifications for data analysts.
- Review and approve final tables, prepare written reports as needed.
- Provide weekly project updates to the coordination centre.
Job Requirements:
This position requires a strong ability to develop client relationships, manage multiple projects, and meet revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills.
