Job Title: Creative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to manage creative requests, ensuring smooth collaboration with the Graphic Team. This role requires excellent communication skills, project tracking expertise, and multitasking abilities to deliver timely results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, review, and manage incoming creative requests from stakeholders.
  • Accurately transfer creative requests to the Graphic Team with clear instructions and deadlines.
  • Coordinate follow-ups with the Graphic Team to ensure progress aligns with project timelines.
  • Collect feedback from stakeholders and communicate revisions clearly to the Graphic Team.
  • Maintain detailed tracking of all creative requests using a spreadsheet, including status updates, deadlines, and delivery.
  • Serve as a liaison between teams, fostering smooth collaboration and communication.
  • Prioritize requests and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
  • Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively address any delays in the creative process.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not mandatory. Excellent command of the English language is required.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • This is an office-based position in Lahore, where remote work is unavailable.
  • Candidates must have their own laptop/machine for this role.
  • Job timings are from 6 PM to 2 AM (Pakistani Time).
