We are seeking an Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Hiring candidates for technical and non-technical positions in a timely manner.
  2. Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
  3. Sourcing and attracting highly skilled candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and events.
  4. Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their skills and cultural fit.
  5. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate assessment, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers.
  6. Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  7. Staying updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.
  8. Creating compelling job postings and advertisements to attract top talent.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized university (HR or Management Sciences preferred).
  • Preferably 2 years of experience as a technical recruiter in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
