Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire procurement lifecycle from request initiation to order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor and track budget allocations, ensuring expenditures remain within approved limits.
  • Validate and process invoices for non-PO-based operational expenses.
  • Collaborate with the technical budgeting and accounts payable teams for payments and to resolve discrepancies.
  • Oversee inventory tracking and ensure proper capitalization of assets.
  • Support conducting thorough assessments of business partners to ensure financial and operational viability.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to provide real-time insights into financial and operational performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, budgeting, financial operations, and project management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial reporting and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
