Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relations Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

About the Position

  • The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • They will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls, identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Provide follow-up calls to customers at specified dates and times.
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge.
  • FOLLOW communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Manage a large number of outbound/inbound calls.
  • Identify trends in customer inquiries or issues and provide feedback to relevant teams to improve products, services, or processes.
