The Gulf Alliance Builders And Developers (Pvt) Ltd is looking for experienced, efficient and energetic male/female candidates to fill Project Advisor-Sales positions.

As Project Advisor-Sales, your duties and responsibilities will be to facilitate the sales by guiding customers towards the Gulf Alliance products i.e. commercial shops/offices, residential apartments, and satisfy the customer by demonstrating the functions and other details.

Successful candidates shall be responsible for creating an attractive environment for the customers to maximize sales. The company operates mainly in Islamabad and Bahria Enclave Islamabad, and you should have a strong network of real estate dealers and potential customers in the Islamabad market.

Job Specification

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with strong persuasive and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic, high-performing team, and adapt well under pressure.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of running social media campaigns on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Assess customers' needs and preferences, and provide guidance on property options that meet customer demand/satisfaction.
  • Set up meetings with potential customers, schedule, and accompany them for property viewing visits.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals as per company policies and guidelines.
  • Advise customers on pricing, market conditions, and other factors that may affect the sale and purchase of property.
  • Maintain relationships with dealers and customers by providing support, information, and guidance, recommending new opportunities.
  • Capable of achieving monthly targets efficiently.
  • Maintain friendly and good relations with team members and other staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing, Management, or relevant fields. A higher secondary certificate can be considered in cases of proven track record and background.
  • 2 – 3 years' experience in commercial projects sales/marketing, preferably within Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
