Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Project Manager

You will play a critical role in delivering high-profile commercial office and retail branch projects for a leading multinational banking client. Your key objective will be to lead multi-disciplinary real estate project solutions with direct accountability for project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee all aspects of project management, including programme, quality, scope, procurement, and risk for retail banking projects, covering planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • Day-to-Day Delivery: Ensure the smooth day-to-day delivery of project tasks.
  • Client Briefs and Project Execution Plans: Develop tailored client briefs and project execution plans for each project.
  • Design Team Management: Manage internal and external design teams to develop solutions that meet client expectations and budgets.
  • Government Approvals: Handle local government approval processes with support from consultants and contractors.
  • Contract Administration: Administer contracts, ensuring compliance from contractors and consultants.
  • Tender Documents and Contract Negotiation: Assist in preparing tender documents, reviewing tenders, negotiating contracts, and reporting to clients.
  • Project Documentation: Develop comprehensive project documentation, including programmes and master cost plans.
  • Weekly Status Reports: Prepare weekly project status reports and other relevant deliverables.
  • Sustainability and Risk Management: Deliver projects considering risk, sustainability, and environmental factors, while maintaining focus on time, cost, and quality.
  • Contractor Progress Monitoring: Monitor and report on contractor progress against schedules.
  • Design and Built Product Compliance: Manage consultant teams to ensure design and built product compliance with contracts.
  • Client Communication: Manage client expectations and communicate effectively.
  • Change Order Management: Oversee schedules, budgets, and change orders driven by clients or contractors.
  • Travel Requirements: Travel as necessary for project delivery.
  • Project Management Tools: Maintain accuracy and completeness of project management tools and platforms.
  • Cloud-Based Reporting: Report project progress using cloud-based project management software.
  • PMO Oversight: Participate in PMO oversight activities related to governance, assurance, and performance trends.
