models. To lead this transformation, we're seeking a rare co-founder profile: a Managing

Partner who can own both commercial growth and technical delivery.

Your Mission:

Lead the next chapter of CG Consultants by winning strategic clients, expanding into new

markets, and elevating the technical and design delivery of every project.

You'll Be Responsible For:

- Commercial Growth

● Leading business development and partnerships across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

● Positioning CG as the go-to partner for high-impact, design-led consulting.

● Pitching and closing new projects and strategic frameworks.

- Technical & Delivery Leadership

● Overseeing architecture, engineering, urban design, and project delivery standards.

● Building and mentoring a multi-disciplinary technical team.

● Implementing modern systems and processes for scalable, high-quality execution.

● Ensuring each project reflects design excellence, commercial viability, and stakeholder

impact.

You Might Be:

● A principal or partner at a leading AEC firm who's ready to build their own legacy.

● A hybrid founder, consultant, or strategist with deep experience across both delivery and

client-facing roles.

● Experienced in real estate development, public and private infrastructure, urban

planning, or high-end commercial design.

● Strong in both vision and execution - you know how to win the work and deliver it.
