Quality Assurance Leadership Position

Job Description:

The successful candidate will oversee the implementation and maintenance of our Quality Management System, ensuring adherence to ISO 9001:1994 standards.

They will be responsible for providing training and guidance to personnel on quality management policies and procedures.

Additionally, the individual will investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with industry best practices.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employees' knowledge of quality management principles.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Evaluate subcontractors to ensure they meet design control requirements.
Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Textile or Quality Assurance is required. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance in a weaving unit.

Excellent interpersonal skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential for this role.
