Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years in Software Quality Assurance, with at least 3+ years in a QA lead or management role driving teams and quality strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven testing platforms (such as Testim, Mabl, or Applitools) and a willingness to implement innovative testing solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues in software systems and an aptitude for critical thinking and detail-oriented work.
  • Deep understanding of modern QA practices and a quality engineering mindset.
  • You are passionate about quality at every stage of development and advocate for best practices like shift-left testing and CI/CD integration.
