About the Role

The Executive Search Specialist will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier candidates in executive-level roles across various sectors. This role requires strong networking skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to engage high-caliber talent to meet client requirements.

Main Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing & Acquisition:
    • Identify and engage passive and active candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting.
    • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical executive positions.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Work closely with stakeholders to understand client requirements and role specifications.
    • Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers with detailed assessments.
  • Screening & Selection:
    • Conduct detailed interviews and competency-based assessments.
    • Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Industry Specialization:
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of talent trends in Health, Education, and Banking sectors.
    • Advise clients and management on market salary benchmarks and talent availability.
  • Process & Compliance:
    • Ensure recruitment activities adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
    • Maintain accurate candidate records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on executive and white-collar hiring.
  • Proven track record in Health, Education, or Banking sectors is an advantage.
  • Strong sourcing, headhunting, and networking skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
