Research Associate & Data Analyst Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to work as a research associate, data analyst, digital marketing specialist, and lead coordinator for real estate businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform internet research, analyze data, prepare reports in excel/word format, and ensure presentability.
  • Manage leads, follow up on generated offers, manage contracts, and facilitate closure.
  • Utilize excellent writing skills to document processes.
  • Maintain proficiency in using online tools for research and content production related to real estate procedures.
  • Monitor project progress, track completed tasks, and measure lead conversion ratios to meet performance benchmarks.
  • Provide daily updates to clients with feedback and progress reports.

This role requires the ability to think critically, solve problems creatively, and work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, be proficient in excel/word, and have experience with data analysis.

Qualifications/Skills:
  1. Bachelor's degree (in any discipline) preferred.

  5. Strong teamwork and time management skills.
