As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales for housing projects developed by our trusted associates. We offer a competitive salary range from 100k to 300k, and we are looking for a high-energy individual who can generate their own leads, harness the power of digital techniques, and guide our existing team of Real Estate Associates to achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to identify and create a pipeline of prospective clients interested in real estate investment opportunities.
  2. Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating the unique selling points of the housing projects.
  3. Digital Marketing: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing techniques and trends in the Pakistani real estate sector to drive online visibility and attract potential clients.
  4. Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the existing team of Real Estate Associates, assisting them in achieving their sales targets.
  5. Market Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  6. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by ensuring exceptional customer service and delivering on promises.
Job Specification

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing techniques specific to the real estate sector in Pakistan.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Self-motivated and capable of generating leads independently.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and an understanding of various housing projects.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (Business, Marketing, Real Estate, etc.).
