Conservation Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Conservation Program Manager to lead our conservation initiatives in Sindh and Balochistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in natural resource management, environmental sciences, or a related field, with at least 7-9 years of experience in the relevant fields.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing multi-year projects/initiatives, securing resources necessary for these initiatives, and ensuring their effective and efficient implementation. They will also contribute to enhancing both restricted and unrestricted funding for WWF-Pakistan by liaising with current and potential donors and ensuring that WWF-Pakistan's priorities and resource needs are incorporated into the objectives and budgets of key donors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement conservation programs/initiatives in Sindh and Balochistan
  • Secure resources necessary for conservation initiatives
  • Liaise with current and potential donors to enhance funding
  • Ensure effective and efficient implementation of conservation programs
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in natural resource management, environmental sciences, or a related field
  • At least 7-9 years of experience in the relevant fields
  • Excellent knowledge of the global and/or regional conservation arena, key players, and policy processes
  • Strong commitment to conservation and development issues
