About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Faculty member to join our team as a Research Methods expert with a focus on quantitative methods. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have a strong academic and research background in quantitative research methodologies.

About You
To be successful in this role, you should have a PhD in Mathematics, Psychology, or a related field, with a strong track record of publishing high-quality research in peer-reviewed journals. You should also have experience in supervising graduate and PhD students, with a focus on research design, data collection, and analysis.

Your Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include designing, planning, and delivering courses on research methods and your discipline, as well as supervising and mentoring graduate and PhD students. You will also conduct independent and collaborative research, publish high-quality research outputs, and lead research projects. Additionally, you will assume academic leadership roles within the Institute, offer training in quantitative research methodologies, and present research findings at national and international conferences and seminars.

Requirements
To apply for this role, you should have excellent conceptual, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and research findings clearly. You should also have a passion for advancing education through teaching and research, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and in diverse academic environments.
