Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic campaigns that drive online sales and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Development: Develop and execute strategies to drive online sales and increase ROI.
  • Paid Advertising: Manage paid campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and other performance channels.
  • E-commerce Optimization: Optimize e-commerce funnels (Shopify, WooCommerce, custom stores) for higher conversions.
  • Digital Marketing Leadership: Lead SEO, SEM, email marketing, and affiliate programs.
  • Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets and track key metrics such as CAC, ROI, and ROAS.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign data, create reports, and optimize strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, content writers, and developers to deliver high-performing campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with at least 3 years in e-commerce marketing.
  • E-commerce Platforms: Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Conversion Optimization: Strong knowledge of conversion optimization, retargeting, and funnel building.
  • Email Automation: Experience with email automation and affiliate marketing.
  • Tech Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of crypto/gaming/FinTech marketing is a plus.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work onsite full-time in Lahore.
