Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic 
Digital
 
Marketing Specialist
 to drive global customer engagement for our custom software development, low-code development, AI-powered workflow automation, eCommerce solutions, and UI/UX services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating ROI through organic and paid campaigns, targeting industries such as Healthcare, FinTech, eCommerce, Logistics & Supply Chain, and Education & eLearning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to engage potential customers worldwide interested in outsourcing projects.
  • Create compelling content for LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, Google Ads, and Instagram to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Manage organic and paid campaigns to maximize reach and conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance, optimize strategies, and demonstrate measurable ROI.
  • Build and nurture online communities to foster engagement and trust.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and platform algorithms to ensure cutting-edge marketing approaches.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in social media marketing with a focus on B2B lead generation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in engaging global audiences through LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, Google Ads, and Instagram.
  • Proven ability to generate ROI through organic and paid campaigns, with demonstrable results.
  • Strong understanding of outsourcing project needs in custom software development, low-code platforms, AI automation, eCommerce, and UI/UX services.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and creative skills.
  • Experience targeting industries like Healthcare, FinTech, eCommerce, Logistics & Supply Chain, and Education & eLearning is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
