**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Senior QA Engineer to drive quality and excellence in our products.

This role involves developing and implementing day-to-day testing activities, collaborating with developers, architects, and technical release managers in an agile/scrum environment. You will participate in scrum & product planning, responsible for all phases of testing, including strategy development, requirement gathering, planning, execution, and reporting.

You will document and facilitate communication and troubleshooting of issues, bugs, and changes; validate and close out all issues prior to client delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, as well as experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

You will also have hands-on experience with both white-box and black-box testing, automated testing tools, solid knowledge of SQL and scripting, proficiency in Postman and JMeter, and experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
  • 3-4 years of experience in manual software quality assurance, preferably with mobile testing
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Hands-on experience with both white-box and black-box testing
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
  • Proficiency in Postman and JMeter
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
