Used Vehicle Export Specialist

About the Role

This role involves connecting clients with premium used vehicles from Japan. As a Used Vehicle Export Specialist, you will play a key part in our sales team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to meet their needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Efficiently manage your time to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Assist clients throughout the purchasing process, ensuring they receive high-quality support.
  • Engage in B2B sales activities through phone calls, chats, and social media platforms.
  • Cultivate deals and provide exceptional after-sale service to build customer loyalty.
  • Develop targeted strategies to retain existing customers.
Requirements
  • Hold outstanding English language proficiency and typing skills.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Auto Trading Sales.
  • Familiarity with Japanese Auction Sheets is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales environments.
  • Possess teamwork and independent working capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
