Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Karachi The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting and selecting new employees, conducting performance evaluations, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will also develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources Management, Recruiting, and Employee Evaluation skills
  • Experience in Payroll Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is a mandatory.
