Senior External Audit Lead

This is a dynamic leadership opportunity for an Audit Manager to lead and manage external audits from planning to completion.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising audit teams, reviewing junior auditors' work, managing timelines and reporting to stakeholders, and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead and manage audit teams to ensure timely completion of audits.
- Supervise and review the work of junior auditors to ensure compliance with auditing standards.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and reporting to Partners/Directors.
- Liaise with clients to provide audit insights and recommend improvements.
- Mentor and train junior auditors to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Qualification: Certified Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a minimum partly qualified status.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in external audit with a reputable firm.
- Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, strong analytical and client management skills, proactive leadership, and auditing knowledge.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for this role. The ideal candidate should have a passion for auditing and be motivated to deliver high-quality results.
