As a manager, you will define strategies with senior leaders, ensure compliance with policies, and execute procedures while managing financial aspects and supporting business development.
Fostering a positive learning culture is essential by coaching junior team members and contributing to recruitment, retention, and training initiatives. You will also maintain educational programs for staff development and identify risks and escalate issues as needed.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo thrive in this role, you will possess strong academic records and professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA/CPA/CA. Additionally, you will have thorough professional experience in external audit at a reputable firm.
