About the Role:

As a Technical Sales Professional, you will be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities and delivering product demonstrations, training, and presentations to enhance customer understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cultivate New Business Opportunities by identifying and pursuing potential customers, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

  2. Determine Customer Needs through effective communication, asking insightful questions, and actively listening to their concerns.

  3. Deliver Product Demonstrations, Training, and Presentations that effectively showcase the features and benefits of our products or services, addressing any questions or concerns the customer may have.

  4. Maintain Strong Client Relationships by regularly checking in with customers, providing ongoing support, and ensuring their needs are met.

  5. Develop and Submit Tenders, Proposals, and Quotations that clearly outline the value proposition of our products or services, addressing any specific customer requirements.

  6. Provide Comprehensive Pre-sales and Post-sales Support, responding promptly to customer inquiries, and addressing any issues that may arise during the sales process.

  7. Negotiate Contract Terms and Conditions, working closely with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

  8. Monitor Sales Performance and Cost-effectiveness, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

  9. Create Engaging Reports and Sales Literature that highlight the benefits and value of our products or services, helping to educate customers and drive sales.

  10. Support Colleagues in the Sales Team by sharing expertise on products or services, contributing to a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

  11. Attend Industry Events, Conferences, and Meetings, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and networking with potential customers and partners.
