Performance Marketer Role

This is a full-time on-site opportunity for a Performance Marketer, located in Faisalabad. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies designed to drive growth and enhance performance.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Managing and optimizing marketing campaigns
  • Analyzing data to measure success
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement

In addition, the Performance Marketer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing initiatives. This includes collaborating with other departments to identify areas of improvement and implement changes that drive results.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have experience with Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Campaign Management skills. They will also need proficiency in Data Analysis, Analytics, and KPI Tracking, as well as competence in SEO, SEM, and Keyword Research.

Strong skills in A/B Testing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and Performance Optimization are also essential. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the ability to work effectively on-site in a collaborative team environment.

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is required, along with experience working with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads.
