Role Overview

As a
Growth Specialist
, you'll play a key role in driving company growth by supporting lead generation, outreach, and client engagement. You'll work closely with our Business Development and Marketing teams to identify opportunities, nurture prospects, and contribute to closing deals. This is an entry-level role—perfect for fresh graduates who want to learn the ropes of business growth in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads across global markets
  • Support outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls)
  • Assist in managing CRM and sales tools
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives for brand growth
  • Help prepare pitch decks, proposals, and client presentations
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support growth activities
  • Track and report performance metrics regularly
