Technical Operations Professional

We seek a seasoned technical expert to join our team as a NOC Engineer. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

This position involves monitoring and managing IT systems infrastructure both on-premises and in the cloud, including deployment, modification, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS services, and experience with VMWare infrastructure installation, configuration, and maintenance.

The chosen candidate will also possess a deep understanding of enterprise storage solutions, such as NetApp, and be proficient in Veeam backup software. Additionally, they should have experience with SSO/MFA integration across cloud services and PowerShell scripting related to Azure, Office 365, and Exchange.

We require at least 3+ years of Systems Administration experience, with a proven track record of delivering timely results and taking full ownership of tasks. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to drive business growth and success.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and management of IT systems infrastructure
  • Deployment, modification, and maintenance of cloud-based applications and systems
  • Integration and maintenance of cloud-based applications and systems
  • Analysis of detailed data and provision of recommendations
  • Management of project budgets, scope, schedules, risks, resource planning, and KPIs
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS services
  • Experience with VMWare infrastructure installation, configuration, and maintenance
  • Knowledge of enterprise storage solutions like NetApp
  • Experience with Veeam backup software
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365 and G Suite administration
