Who You Are:

A seasoned NOC Engineer with experience working with consulting teams in an MSP setting. You excel in communication, project preparation, monitoring, and management of project budgets, scope, schedules, risks, resource planning, and KPIs. You have a proven track record of managing client relationships, evaluating customer needs, and providing effective solutions.

Job Details:

This position is based at our corporate office in Lahore, Pakistan. You will analyze detailed data, provide recommendations, and manage systems infrastructure both on-premises and on-cloud, including deployment, modification, monitoring, and maintenance. Your responsibilities include integrating and maintaining cloud-based applications and systems. Our environment includes:

  • Cloud Solutions & Applications: Office 365, G Suite, Okta SSO & MFA, Workspace One, Backups, AWS
  • Windows Systems Infrastructure: Active Directory, VMWare, Storage, Veeam

Required skills and experience include:

  • Extensive knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS services
  • Experience with VMWare infrastructure installation, configuration, and maintenance
  • Knowledge of enterprise storage solutions like NetApp
  • Experience with Veeam backup software
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365 and G Suite administration
  • Experience with SSO/MFA integration across cloud services
  • PowerShell scripting related to Azure, Office 365, and Exchange
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • At least 3+ years of Systems Administration experience
  • Ability to take full ownership of tasks and deliver timely results
