IT Infrastructure Leader

• The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering operational support and maintenance of the IT infrastructure environment.
• Key responsibilities include development and delivery of infrastructure projects, changes and improvements.
• This role provides technical leadership in terms of developing infrastructure strategies and plans.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the same industry is required.

• Familiarity with core Microsoft technologies (Windows, AD, Printing), virtualisation technologies (e.g. VMware), NetApp storage solutions, FlexPod architecture, databases (e.g. Oracle, SQL), MS Exchange, Citrix, UNIX, and web technologies is highly desirable.
• The ideal candidate will be able to deliver the required technical service outcomes as planned.
• They will also contribute to key technology design decisions, guide technical teams through various phases and report progress to concerned management and project stakeholders.
• The candidate should be able to create feasible optimal infrastructure solutions that meet customer needs and minimize risk.
• Additionally, they will contribute to the development of human resource capabilities to meet the company's goals and objectives.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role.
