Sales and Revenue Growth Specialist
This role involves developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales revenue growth in the hotel industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the hotel industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients to drive sales growth.
- Implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Work closely with hotel teams to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans to increase sales.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for corporate and travel agent room sales for the hotel.
- Have a clear understanding of the hotel's business strategies and set goals to determine action plans to meet those goals.
- Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase sales.
- Represent hotels in various events and exhibitions.
- Conduct daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.
- Provide quick and timely responses to the properties and develop professional long-term business relationships.
- Provide high-quality service to customers at all times.
- Participate in sales calls with members of the sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business.
- Execute and support the operational aspects of business booked.
Requirements:
- Proven success in a similar role and environment.

- Polished personal presentation with a warm, confident, and hospitable personality.
Education and Experience:
A 3-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major is required. Additionally, 3 to 4 years of experience in sales and marketing or related professional areas are necessary.
